CW Ticketing is an aggregator for online bus ticketing inventory. CW Ticketing enables travelers to book bus tickets online from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with a choice of bus operators, departure times, and prices. CW Ticketing does not own or operate any bus services on its own.
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other external factors. However, the bus will not depart earlier than the time mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are advised to contact the bus operator directly for real-time updates regarding their journey.
Passengers must present the following at the time of boarding:
1.1. SMS or Email confirmation of the ticket. 1.2. Some bus operators may not accept electronic ticket formats. CW Ticketing provides details of such operators while booking. In such cases, passengers must carry a printed copy of their ticket. 1.3. Proof of Identity (Voter ID, National ID, Driving License, Passport, or Work ID).
Passengers should arrive at the designated boarding points at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Any complaints or grievances regarding the service must be reported within seven (7) days from the date of travel.
A booking is considered confirmed if the confirmation page is displayed to the customer, even if the SMS/Email confirmation fails to deliver. If a ticket confirmation/cancellation SMS or Email is not received, customers can contact support to have it resent. SMS or Email delivery failures may occur due to network issues beyond CW Ticketing’s control.
CW Ticketing does not charge additional payment gateway fees or service charges unless explicitly stated during the booking process.
